(2) Classification
From the working principle is divided into centrifugal air model fan and axial flow air model fan.

(3) Relationship with centrifugal fans
Air model fan is a part of industrial centrifugal fan and kitchen fan separated from the air model fan is also called arch fan, now commonly used in China basically belongs to the centrifugal fan, there are a small number of axial flow fan.
The second part: medium pressure fan
(1)Working principle
The impeller of medium pressure fan is covered with mechanical shell, and the center of the impeller is the air inlet. When the medium-pressure fan works, the power equipment runs to drive the impeller to rotate, and the air is sucked in from the air inlet. During the rotation of the blades of the centrifugal fan, power is applied to the gas, increasing the pressure and speed of the gas, which is discharged from the exhaust port along the impeller path under the action of centrifugal force. During the operation of a medium-pressure fan, although the rotation of the impeller increases the pressure and velocity of the gas, the amount of various changes in the gas is small, so in the design and use of centrifugal fans, the gas is usually treated as an incompressible fluid. The gas treatment process of medium-pressure fan is all done in the same radial plane, so the medium-pressure fan is also called radial flow centrifugal fan.
(2) Performance parameters
Medium pressure fan performance parameters, the more important is the gas flow, pressure, power delivery, efficiency and impeller speed, etc., which must be concerned in the selection process. The gas flow parameter of the medium pressure fan represents the volume of gas that the fan can handle per unit of time, while the pressure of the medium pressure fan refers to the value of the internal gas pressure during the working process of the medium pressure fan.
(3) Precautions for operation
a. If the flow rate is found to be too large and not in line with the usage requirements, or a smaller flow rate is required for a short period of time, a throttling device can be utilized for adjustment.
b. The sensitivity of the thermometer and the oil label should be checked regularly, and the oil level of the bearing box should be controlled within the specified permissible range.
c. In the process of driving, stopping or running of the fan, if abnormal phenomenon is found, it should be checked immediately.
d. Inspection of the small faults found, should promptly identify the causes, try to eliminate or deal with, such as small faults can not be eliminated, or found that the big faults, should be immediately inspected.
e. In addition to each dismantling and repair, the lubricant should be replaced on a regular basis.
f. The bearing housing of E-type transmission should be inspected regularly, cleaned and replenished with lubricant to prevent bearing burnout.
(4) Maintenance
In the use of medium pressure fan should pay attention to clean the fan surface dust, check and clean the bearings, tighten the bolts. Check the air inlet and outlet, adjust the elasticity of the triangle belt and check the lubrication part, replace the lubricant and sealing ring.
